The host computer software collects local cold storage control signals, unit control signals, data, and parameters, and enables monitoring of all equipment in a centralized monitoring room.
The data adopts Mingniu IoT gateway and cloud server to configure remote monitoring system, which enables real-time monitoring of the operation of the entire system through mobile phone and PC, and alarm sending SMS and email. The remote monitoring screen adopts the dynamic process screen of the cold storage layout consistent with the host computer to ensure the universality of the system operation mode.
The upper computer is equipped with refrigeration screen, defrost screen, parameter setting screen, alarm screen, and historical data screen. The screen is simple, one-button start-up, and fool-proof operation. The start and stop, storage temperature, compressor, air cooler, and solenoid valve operating status are clearly visible.
