Program Overview

Huadong Industrial Control’s desulfurization and denitrification control system solution for the cement industry is a professional control solution designed for pollutants such as SO₂ and NOx generated during cement production. Wet desulfurization control: precise control of pH value of absorption tower, automatic adjustment of limestone slurry density, demister pressure difference monitoring and flushing optimization.
Semi-dry desulfurization control: feedforward-feedback composite control of slaked lime injection volume, closed-loop control of reaction tower outlet temperature, etc.

Denitrification control system

SNCR system: urea solution concentration control, multi-nozzle graded injection strategy, CEMS-based ammonia escape control.
SCR system (applicable to kiln tail): catalyst layer temperature control system, ammonia injection grid partition adjustment, dynamic optimization algorithm.

Hardware Configuration

Based on dynamic load matching technology, it automatically adjusts motor power and reduces no-load losses. The measured energy saving efficiency reaches 15%~30% (in line with ISO 50001 standards), and supports visual analysis of energy consumption data.
