Customer Needs
High-precision positioning and remote control
Large load inertia and flexible swing of the wire rope make positioning difficult, and manual fine-tuning takes up a lot of time.
Multi-machine collaboration and safe obstacle avoidance
When the cargo yard is operating intensively, multiple cranes/straddle carriers are prone to interference. The existing system relies on manual observation and dispatching, which is inefficient and has the risk of collision.
Solutions and Implementation
Customized solution design
The whole vehicle system adopts Schneider's full-vehicle frequency conversion control system, the anti-sway system adopts electronic anti-sway control, the PLC adopts M340 series centralized control PLC, the driver's cab is designed with a remote IO station, and the frequency converter is equipped with an anti-sway CI card and an encoder feedback card to easily achieve electronic anti-sway.
It not only has a fast response speed and good anti-sway effect, but also has a simple structure, without the need to add anti-sway ropes or anti-sway controls. Through the HMI monitoring system, real-time data visualization, fault diagnosis, human-computer interaction optimization and other functions are realized.
Installation and Debugging
On-site commissioning:72 hours of load test to ensure that the electronic anti-sway and hoisting device control accuracy meet the standards Training services:Provide PLC programming, HMI operation, and troubleshooting manuals
After-sales support
Remote Diagnosis:5G/4G real-time backhaul operation data, expert team online analysis
Customer Feedback
“After the project went online, the spreader system and PLC control system adopted digital radio wireless communication, which is low-cost and reliable in operation.”
