Structure Function
The commonly used cabinet type of servo drive cabinet is non-standard GGD, which can also be embedded in fixed partition cabinets such as MNS, GCK, GCS or control boxes.
The servo drive cabinet is made of 2.0mm thick cold-rolled steel plate. According to the weight of the inverter, angle steel and channel steel are used as crossbars or supports for fixation.
Servo drive cabinets can be designed with glass windows to observe the working status of the inverter and main equipment in the cabinet and ensure the overall appearance of the door.
The top of the servo drive cabinet is centered, exhaust fans are installed on the upper front and rear of the cabinet doors, inlet and outlet filters or filter sponges are installed, and lighting fluorescent tubes are installed in front of the cabinet top.
The wiring inside the cabinet shall be designed according to the drawings. The short-circuited terminals in the cabinet should be short-circuited, and the specifications of the wiring in the cabinet (multi-strand copper core soft wire) shall be strictly implemented according to the wiring regulations.
The servo drive cabinet is equipped with a separate zero bar and ground bar to ensure reliable grounding of the system.

Short-term overload can reach 300% rated torque (lasting for several seconds) to cope with impact loads (such as instantaneous pressurization of a stamping machine).
