一、Optimal Operating & Environmental Conditions
Our VFD cabinets are designed to perform reliably within specific parameters. Correct installation environment is key to preventing downtime.
Ambient Temperature: Ideal operation range is between 0°C and 40°C (32°F 104°F). Ensure adequate ventilation or cooling in hightemperature environments.
Humidity: Relative humidity should be below 90% and noncondensing. Avoid rapid temperature changes that cause condensation inside the cabinet.
Altitude: Rated for operation at up to 1000 meters (3300 ft) above sea level. For higher altitudes, consult our technical team for derating information.
Atmosphere: Install in a clean, dry environment, free from excessive dust, corrosive gases, or conductive metal particles.
Vibration & Shock: Mount the cabinet on a stable surface. The installation site should be free from excessive vibration or impact (must not exceed 0.5G).

二、Electrical & Installation Requirements
Proper electrical integration and physical installation are fundamental for system integrity.
Power Supply: Input voltage and frequency must match the cabinet’s rating (e.g., 3phase 380VAC 50Hz/480VAC 60Hz). Tolerance is typically ±10%.
Grounding (Earthing): A secure and permanent protective earth (PE) connection is mandatory. This is critical for safety and noise immunity.
Clearance & Access: Install with sufficient space around the cabinet (minimum 100mm on sides, 500mm above/below) for airflow, cable routing, and maintenance access.
Protection Rating: Our standard cabinets are rated IP20. For dusty or wet environments, select a higher IP rating or install in a suitable protected location.
Load Matching: Ensure the connected motor’s power and current ratings are within the VFD’s specified capacity. Oversizing the VFD by 1020% is often recommended.
